  • Getting to the Studio:

Access is via the single door to the right of the main entrance at Harbour House. Please note that there is currently no lift access to the upper floors.

Once you arrive, use the door to the right of the main entrance — you'll receive the door code via text ahead of your appointment.

Head up one flight of stairs to the 2nd floor. At the top, turn left and go through the doors. Keeping to the left as you walk through the space until you reach the chill-out area. Please take a seat on the right-hand side of the divide, and I’ll come and collect you for your appointment.

To help maintain a calm space and allow time to set up, I kindly ask that you don’t head straight to the studio. If you arrive early, you’re very welcome to visit Northern Rye Bakery or the Muscari florist on the ground floor, or simply relax in the chill-out area upstairs.

  • Yes, there’s plenty of parking options around North Shields. There are a few P&D parking directly outside of Harbour House, and free parking down both Bedford and Little Bedford Street. North Shields. Plus plenty of parking only a few minutes away in The Beacon Shopping centre car park.

  • I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the appointment to another client. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged at the full appointment rate.

If you’re feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. We’ll find a time to reschedule once you're feeling better, as your health (and that of others) is a priority.

Please also be aware that if you arrive late, your treatment will still finish at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. As a small business these policies need to be in place to ensure we are here to stay, thank you for your understanding.

  • My treatments are designed to address not only your skin but also your overall well-being. I take a holistic approach, working with Corneotherapy principles to strengthen the skin barrier and incorporating techniques to calm the nervous system. This creates a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, with long-term benefits for both your skin and your overall health.

You’ll not only notice a difference in your skin but also your stress levels and sleep should improve after treatment.

  • I exclusively use Dermaviduals and Palm of Feronia products in my treatments. Dermaviduals is a skincare line that aligns with corneotherapy principles, meaning it’s designed to support the skin barrier and overall skin health rather than strip or disrupt it.

Dermaviduals products are completely free from common irritants and potential disruptors such as fragrances, preservatives, emulsifiers, silicones, colors, and mineral oils. These ingredients are often found in mainstream skincare but can disrupt the skin’s natural barrier, potentially leading to sensitivity, dryness, or even long-term skin imbalance. Dermaviduals formulations are customisable and contain active ingredients tailored to address individual skin needs, from hydration and barrier repair to reducing redness and balancing oil production.

This approach allows me to select products that are as gentle and effective as possible, helping to build a stronger, healthier skin barrier that can function optimally on its own.

Alongside Dermaviduals, I use Palm of Feronia products, a holistic, small-batch line inspired by ancient traditions. These plant-based, crystal-infused products use organic botanicals, mineral-rich clays, and healing oils to nurture both skin and spirit. Free from synthetic fragrances and harsh preservatives, they’re designed to support even the most sensitive skin while adding a grounding, relaxing element to each treatment.

  • Ideally, start as soon as possible, but no later than 4-6 months before your wedding date. This allows us time to prepare your skin and make gradual, beneficial changes, allowing for possible adjustment stages, leaving plenty of time to make sure you’re glowing and confident on your wedding day.

  • Most people are, but some contraindications can make facials unsuitable, including active skin infections, severe acne flare-ups, recent chemical peels or laser treatments, and certain skin conditions like rosacea (if in an active stage). We’ll review any relevant conditions during your consultation to ensure the treatment is right for you.

You can view a list of contraindications here. If you have an appointment and are contraindicated, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can amend your booking.

  • Yes, consultations are essential. This is why they are included in the treatment. They allow me to tailor each treatment to your skin’s unique needs, ensuring the best possible results and checking for any conditions or contraindications that may affect which treatments are suitable.

  • Every 4-6 weeks is ideal for most skins, as this aligns with the skin’s natural regeneration cycle and allows us to maintain consistent progress toward your skin goals.

  • Yes, home care is crucial for improving skin health. Professional treatments provide powerful results, but daily home care supports those results long-term. I can recommend and blend bespoke products that will best complement skin.
